property(inside)out PTY LTD ("we", "us", "our") operates Willow Auto Poster (the "Service"). We respect the privacy and security of your personal information and comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
When an authorised team member connects a social media account (such as TikTok) to the Service, we collect and store:
- Basic account information provided by the platform after
consent — for TikTok this is the account's open ID, display name and
avatar (
user.info.basic). We use it solely to show which account is connected. - Access and refresh tokens issued by the platform, used
solely to publish the videos our agency asks the Service to post
(
video.publish).
The Service does not collect information about the connected account's followers, viewers or the general public, and does not read content, messages, analytics or contact lists from any connected account.
How we use it
- To display which social account is connected to the Service.
- To publish our own listing videos to that account when our team triggers a post.
- For no other purpose. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Storage and security
Tokens and basic account details are stored in our secured database hosted with our cloud infrastructure providers, protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the agency staff and systems that operate the Service.
Retention and deletion
We keep connection details only while the account remains connected. You can disconnect at any time by revoking the app's access in the platform's own settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Apps and services), or by emailing hq@propertyinsideout.com — we will delete the stored tokens and account details promptly on request.
Third-party platforms
Use of TikTok through the Service is also governed by TikTok's own terms and privacy policy. We only receive the data described above after you approve TikTok's consent screen.
