Willow Auto Poster Terms of Service

1. The Service
Willow Auto Poster (the "Service") is an internal marketing tool operated by property(inside)out PTY LTD. It publishes real estate listing videos created by our agency to social media accounts that our authorised team members have connected. The Service is provided to our own team only and is not offered to the public.
2. Accounts and authorisation
Only authorised property(inside)out PTY LTD team members may connect a social media account. By connecting an account you confirm you are authorised to operate it on the agency's behalf. Access can be revoked at any time in the platform's app settings or by contacting us.
3. Content
All content the Service publishes is created by or for property(inside)out PTY LTD for its own property listing campaigns, with the required consents from the property owners concerned. The Service must not be used to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or in breach of a platform's community guidelines or of NSW real estate advertising rules.
4. Platform terms
Use of the Service with TikTok is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We comply with the TikTok Developer Terms in operating the Service.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" for internal agency use. To the extent permitted by law, property(inside)out PTY LTD excludes all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Changes
We may update the Service or these terms at any time; the current version is always published at this address.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
